TERMS & CONDITIONS – TELEKUNGTEA YES LUCKY DRAW 2025

1. Campaign Period

The TelekungTea YES Lucky Draw 2025 runs from 21 November 2025 until 4 January 2026.

2. Eligibility

This campaign is open to all customers who make a purchase through:

  • TelekungTea online platforms (Website, TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.)
  • TelekungTea boutique outlets

3. How to Participate

  • Customers must make a minimum purchase of RM100 in a single receipt within the campaign period to receive lucky draw entries.
  • Lucky draw entries follow the tier system stated on the official campaign poster.
  • Each receipt is eligible for entries according to the tier displayed.
  • Customers may collect multiple entries throughout the campaign.

4. Winner Selection

  • The lucky draw winners will be announced on 30 January 2026 at 8:00 PM via Instagram and TikTok Live. Participants are required to join the live session for the announcement. Any changes will be updated through Telekungtea’s official social media channels.
  • Winners must be present during the LIVE announcement.
    • If the winner is not present during the callout, TelekungTea reserves the right to draw another name.
  • Customers with multiple entries still stand a chance to win multiple times, based on their total entries.
  • TelekungTea reserves the right to verify receipts, order numbers, and customer identity before confirming any winner.
  • For winners located outside Malaysia, shipping costs will need to be covered by the winner. Telekung Tea will not be responsible for these charges.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.

  • Winners cannot request to:
    • change their prize to another prize, or
    • exchange their prize with another winner.
  • Prizes shown in promotional posters may differ from the actual items or value at the time of winner announcement. TelekungTea may adjust prizes if necessary, and winners agree that no disputes or claims will be entertained regarding such changes.
  • All decisions made by TelekungTea regarding winners are final.
  • The live host will find a winner by calling out up to 3 names (not fixed) from the box for each prize.
  • Winners must respond when their name is called, either before the next pick or before the next prize is announced.
  • All selected winners will be verified first. If a winner is not eligible, the live host will pick another name from the box.
  • All entry forms that have been called out for winners will not be put back into the box.
  • If no winner is confirmed after all call-outs, the prize will be marked as ‘no winner found’ and we will move on to the next prize.

5. Gift Card & LoyalTea Points Winners

  • Gift Card and LoyalTea Points rewards will be announced during the LIVE session and sent to winners via email for claiming.
  • Winners have one (1) year from the date the email is sent to redeem their reward.
  • Rewards cannot be converted to cash.
  • Rewards cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed during any ongoing promotional campaigns, such as:
    • Raya Sale
    • Warehouse Sale
    • Year End Sale
    • Any other major TelekungTea promotional event

6. Publicity & Data Usage

  • By participating in this campaign, customers agree that TelekungTea may use their name, photos, videos, and entry details for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • TelekungTea may contact winners for verification, prize fulfilment, or marketing-related follow-ups.
  • All personal data collected will be used strictly for campaign administration and will be handled in accordance with TelekungTea’s Privacy Policy.
  • TelekungTea will not share customer data with third parties except when required for prize fulfilment or where legally necessary.

7. Rights & Responsibilities

  • TelekungTea reserves the right to amend, update, or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • TelekungTea will not be responsible for any technical issues such as poor internet connection, failed payment, or incomplete entries.
  • By participating, customers agree to comply with all campaign rules and any decisions made by TelekungTea.
